Gallery

The works in this gallery date from 2016, when I was introduced to ceramics, to the present. They were constructed from a variety of clay bodies—white, brown, red, paper clay, and terra cotta. The forms were hand built, mostly through the process of coiling. Much of the work has been smoke fired in sawdust, which produces a rich satiny surface that looks as though it were lit from within.
